How about some other good suggestions for getting a better sleep in addition to a Chiropractic Adjustment?

Many of you have asked what is that in the corner of the room?

It's Infrared Light Therapy that we got for Breckin after his Brain Surgery in 2016 to help speed his healing process.

Is Infrared Light Therapy effective?

Absolutely. NIR polychromatic spectrum - which has been

documented through thousands of fundamental research studies to

analyze its effects on tissue repair, rejuvenation, and pain relief

mechanisms - has been methodically studied since 1965. NIR

photobiomodulation therapy is a non-invasive and highly effective

adjunct therapy in the field of prevention, as well as in the healing of

pressure-related issues such as bed sores and diabetic foot ulcers.

Therapeutic Effects

Non-invasive exposure of near-infrared (NIR) light therapy increases

microcirculation and promotes delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the

affected tissue. This optimal healing environment reduces

inflammation, swelling, muscle spasm, and stiffness. As the injured

tissue heals and returns to normal, pain is relieved and function is

restored.

Cell and Tissue Effects

Medical professionals utilize low level light therapy - which is

designed to lessen pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance lymphatic

drainage - to treat issues associated with:

• Musculoskeletal injuries

• Neck, shoulder, knee, and lower back

• Golfer's elbow

• Achilles heel

• Plantar fasciitis

• Sport injuries

• Ruptured ligament

• Tendon, muscle rips, and strains

• Osteoarthritis

• Diabetic neuropathy

• Myofascial

• Temporomandibular joint (TMJ)

• Lymphedema

I offer it at half the cost of most facilities utilizing this high quality, expensive therapy.

**20 min sessions are $30 and package of 6 for $150.

How about supplements that may help you get a better sleep? Here are my suggestions:

For sleeplessness, use (4) - Min-tran (which is sort of a mineral tranquilizer as the name implies) OR (4) - Min-Chex (both are equally supportive of good sleep) and (4) - E-Z Mg along with (1) - Kava Forte or Valerian Complex if you prefer that herb BUT note that you should not take these supplements if pregnant, nursing, or taking any antithyroid medicines.

There are so many kinds that there's not a one size fits all anymore. Here's a good infographic about mattress types with pros and cons and the link back to that website with even more details is here:https://www.sleepadvisor.org/mattress-types/

Thank you for being such great patients!
